MedDRA Desktop Browser Demo

Over 2,000 organizations worldwide have subscribed to MedDRA. If you are curious about what MedDRA looks like, click on MedDRAdemo.zip.

Save the zipped file, which contains the MDB3 setup file, User Manual, and the 12 ASCII files, to your hard drive. Extract the files to a directory on your computer and double-click MedDRABrowserSetup.msi. Follow the on-screen instructions to install v3.0beta of MedDRA Desktop Browser.

1. Double click on the icon MedDRA Desktop Browser 3.0b on your desktop

2. Select File from the menu and then choose Import MedDRA Data [An Import MedDRA data screen pops up]

3. Click on Browse [select or point to the folder that contains the 12 ASCII files]

4. Please enter MedDRA version and language:

Version: 2.1

Language: English

5. Select or click to set as default

6. Then click on Import [MedDRA terminology pops up - please be aware that is not a complete version of MedDRA]
